Staglin Wine Dinner

Experience the best of Napa Valley wines as Jack’s Oyster House hosts Staglin Family Vineyard for an exclusive tasting menu. Thursday, April 9th, we will be bringing together the expertise of Amber Minha, Global Sales Director for Staglin Family Vineyard, and the timeless dining at Jack’s Oyster House. Food pairings for each wine will be from the mind of Culinary Director Nick Parker, creating a curated evening for the Capital Region. Join us in downtown Albany to celebrate organic wines, and excellent cuisine at Jack’s Oyster House.

Family owned and operated, Staglin sits in Napa Valley with neighboring vineyards being such as Scarecrow, Joseph Phelps Insignia, To Kalon, Rubicon, and Bella Oaks. Sitting on a 71-acre property, Staglin produces varietal wines of distinction while being organic, 100% solar run, and women owned and operated.

STAGLIN GIVING BACK

Featured as the first wine of the menu, the Salus Chardonnay is named after the Roman goddess of health and wellbeing. This signifies the Staglin Family Vineyard's dedication to mental and brain health research as 100% of the proceeds of this wine, and the Salus Cabernet Sauvignon, are donated to this cause. Their charity, One Mind, has raised over $680 million dollars for this cause since 1990.
