Food pairings for each wine will be from the mind of Culinary Director Nick Parker, creating a curated evening for the Capital Region. This signifies the Staglin Family Vineyard's dedication to mental and brain health research as 100% of the proceeds of this wine, and the Salus Cabernet Sauvignon, are donated to this cause. Their charity, One Mind, has raised over $680 million dollars for this cause since 1990.
